Pretty self explanatory,
Not sure if one is in the works or not.
But I think it would be a nice little addition for real time trading/chatting.
Since its already been expressed that there isn't a trade channel in-game, an IRC channel would supplement that nicely, seeing as the program doesn't take much to run, its small, free and easy to use...Thoughts?

I love the idea - I just don't know how to set it up, so if someone could handle that, I'd be more than happy to mod it (If someone can give me a crash course first :p) or at least be very active to try and help out.

It'll also give you an oppertunity to talk to fellow crafter, giving you something to do while crafting/gathering.

It would be awesome for me in particular, since I'll be the only crafter for my rl-mates and i (combined total of 10-11, others will however gather).

I made a channel on network where I usually hang out. It's fast, reliable and has good bot services.

Kinda...Waiting on feedback/support from the DMA administration before proceeding to make a channel under their name. Also I would've set up a channel on the stratics network, seeing as it hosts the official Darkfall channel.

Or preferably the DMA admins make the channel and we all join and be happy.

I agree. It makes it easier for those that already follow #darkfall to join in. I have created the following channel:

Probably won't get much use until things kick off on AV's side of the fence. But i'll lurk the channel and try to keep it as open and inviting as I can.
